Ø DIRECTIONS TO MTTI ADMISSIONS / FINANCIAL AID OFFICE (at 54 Water Street)

From 95 South or 95 North: Take 195 East to Exit #5. Turn right onto Warren Avenue. Turn left onto First Street. At first stop sign turn right onto Mauran Ave. At next stop sign turn right onto Water Street. MotoRing is the second building on the left, next to the Old Oyster House Restaurant

From Fall River: Take 195 West to Exit #6 (Broadway). Turn left at bottom of ramp. Turn right at the first traffic light (Warren Avenue) (1/2 mile). Turn left onto First Street. Turn right on to Mauran Avenue. Turn right onto Water Street. MotoRing is the second building on the left next to the Old Oyster House Restaurant.

Ø DIRECTIONS TO MTTI - 187 North Brow Street location:

From 95 South or 95 North: Take 195 East to Exit #5. Turn left onto Warren Avenue, turn left onto Potter Street. At intersection with Taunton Avenue (route 44) continue straight onto Walnut Street. At first stop sign turn left onto Cross Street. At second stop sign turn right onto North Brow Street. Turn right into MTTI 187 North Brow Street parking lot.

From Fall River: Take 195 West, Exit #6 (Broadway); a left at bottom of ramp; a right at the first traffic light (Warren Avenue) (1/2 mile). At the end of Warren Avenue take a right and proceed onto Valley Street. Go all the way to the end of Valley Street, and when you come to the top of the hill, cross North Brow Street and enter the building directly in front of you.

Ø DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES

Motoring Technical Training Institute is located in East Providence, Rhode Island, on the Seekonk River just below the eastern end of the Interstate 195 (George Washington) Bridge.

MTTI's campus consists of four buildings. The main building houses the Admissions, Student Services and Administrative Offices as well as the Automotive, Marine and Motorcycle / Power Equipment programs. The MTTI Computer Technology Center houses the Computer Service Technician / Network Installer and Medical & Dental Office Management programs. The third building on campus houses the Building & Property Trades and Electronic Communications Technician programs. The fourth building on campus houses administrative offices, Career Lab and Medical Assistant program.

MTTI's campus consists of over 21,000 square feet of classroom and shop/lab space for its major career and technical areas. The campus has several lecture rooms and an extensive shop area for each program that simulates an actual work environment. Each shop area is fully equipped with the tools and equipment that are in a typical employer's shop area. The Computer Service Technician / Network Installer program has a lab that is fully equipped with the latest in computer technology.

The building meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and ample parking is available. The career training is provided by experienced, qualified instructors using up-to-date equipment and trade-produced materials.

Ø CLASS SIZE

MTTI strives to maintain a class size that will permit close interaction between the students and the instructors and allows for attention to individual needs. To maintain such a level of interaction, the class size is approximately 15 students per instructor in both the classroom and the shop area. The ratio will not exceed 20 to 1.
