MTTI Education for Employment

Faculty

MTTI’s approach to education involves a re-creation of the workplace where
hands-on skills and work maturity skills are emphasized.

It is our instructors’ extensive knowledge and work experience within the industry that allows them to simulate the workplace.

Teacher and students

In order to create an educational environment where students can gain confidence in their technical skills, MTTI employs dedicated instructors who know industry expectations.

MTTI’s instructors serve the role as supervisors as well as technical instructors. The instructors have a reality-based view of employer’s expectations and teach students the technical skills and behaviors that will best guide them to success.

MTTI’s instructors go above and beyond to help their students be successful. All MTTI instructors are required to meet the faculty requirements for education and experience as detailed in the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) accreditation standards, and by the Rhode Island StudentsBoard of Governors for Higher Education or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Office of Proprietary Schools.
